Every walk is a stop on a line, in the order you will actually do them. Arrival windows, because that is what you promised — not a fake exact time you will miss.

Knows the city is in the way

It has your clients on a map and knows a crosstown hop is a train ride, not a stroll. When a shorter order exists it says so, and tells you what it saves.

Logged in the doorway

Start, pause, finish. Potty log, photo, and a message drafted for the owner — done while you are standing there, not from memory at midnight.
